Amapelepele Spices Competition Rules

General Rules

Eligibility:
•Open to South African residents only.
•Participants must be 18 years or older.
•Employees of Vooka Breakfast Show, Amapelepele Spices, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Entry Requirements:
•Participants must follow the instructions announced on the show or posted online for each week’s competition.
•Only one entry per person per week is allowed.
•Entries must be submitted before 10:30 AM every Friday to qualify

Winner Selection:
•Winners are chosen based on either:
oRandom draw (for vote-based or tag-to-win activities), or
oMerit (for best photo, voice note, or recipe submission).
•The winner is announced live on the Vooka Breakfast Show at 10:50 AM every Friday.

Prize Details:
•The winner will receive one Amapelepele Spice Hamper.
•The hamper contains a curated selection of Amapelepele spices (contents may vary weekly).

Prize Delivery:
•Winners must provide a valid South African delivery address upon request.
•The prize will be delivered via courier within 7–10 business days of announcement.
•Vooka or Amapelepele is not liable for lost, damaged, or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the winner.

Terms and Conditions

Use of Content
•By entering, participants grant Vooka Breakfast Show and Amapelepele Spices the right to use submitted content (photos, audio, comments) for promotional purposes across social media, radio, and digital platforms.

Privacy:
•Personal information collected (e.g., phone number, address) will be used solely for competition administration and prize delivery and will not be shared with third parties.

Disqualification:
•Any form of cheating, spam, or inappropriate content will result in immediate disqualification.
•Entrants found to be using multiple identities to enter will be disqualified.
No Cash Alternatives:
•The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Right to Amend:
•Vooka Breakfast Show and Amapelepele Spices reserve the right to amend competition details or cancel a giveaway in the case of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.

Right to Amend:
•Participation in the competition constitutes full acceptance of these rules and terms.
