Ingredients

2 tbsp Amapelepele Smoked Paprika
2 tbsp Amapelepele Grill Zonke
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
1/4 cup cooking oil
Your choice of meat cuts

Method

Slow Grill the Braai
The next day, grill your meat slowly over medium heat. Turn gently and baste with leftover marinade until cooked through and nicely charred.

Mix the Marinade
In a bowl, combine the Smoked Paprika, Grill Zonke, crushed garlic and oil. Stir until it forms a rich, deep-red marinade.

Marinate the Meat
Add your meat to the marinade and massage it in thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate overnight to let the flavours soak in.
